Is COD (Cash on Delivery) Available?

That is the only reason we are offering Cash on delivery but after the payment of the booking amount, which will get adjusted in the final amount of product. The booking amount is not the extra charges it is always part of the final amount of the product. The booking amount may be different as per the product.

How long will delivery take?
Since all products are almost customized products, from the process of customization to the packaging, it takes time around 12 to 36 Hours. Once your packet will be ready to ship, the third-party courier partner (decided based on your location) will be responsible to ship your product to your place within 3 to 5 days.

If I want to cancel my order, What to do?

If you received the manufacturing defected and damaged product then only, we are offering for replacement. We require proof of defects with the help of images and videos. If the reason will be genuine and proven after investigation, we will replace your product at no extra cost. Any missing items in the packaging or in case of used items replacement or return will be discarded.
