What is the returned policy of Giftoclub Inc. ?

Our policy is to issue a refund only if we cannot provide you with a replacement for your product. After receiving the product at our origin place, Our quality control team will inspect it to ensure the returned item is/are with the original packaging, items, and accessories. After approval of the inspection team, the refund will be initiated to your same payment method or in your wallet after discussion with the customer.

According to your payment method policy only, you will receive a refunded amount within a few days.

Whenever you want to cancel the order, you have to mail us at support@giftoclub.com or WhatsApp at +91 8171008354 within 12 hours of the purchase time, if your order has been designed/crafted/created from our end, it cannot be canceled. Requesting you to please mail/WhatsApp only within the 12 hours from the time of purchase.    

Since all products are almost customized products, from the process of customization to the packaging, it takes time around 12 to 36 Hours. Once your packet will be ready to ship, the third-party courier partner (decided based on your location) will be responsible to ship your product to your place within 3 to 5 days.

Please contact us on call/WhatsApp (+91 8171008354) or mail us at support@giftoclub.com.  We will check with our delivery partner and try to get the reason for the delay in delivery at your place. Based on that reason we will do our best to ship your product within the minimum possible time. 
After placing your order, you will start getting an order status notification in the mail, after the dispatch of your order, the assigned courier partner (based on your location) is actually responsible for any delay in delivery. We will start communication with the delivery agent and will do our best to make delivery of the product at your place. Since we are also dependent on third-party courier service, customers have to incorporate with us for successful delivery in the next attempt. 

Yes, it is 100% secure if you share your information via mail (support@giftoclub .com) or WhatsApp (+91 8171008354), or our website only. Our product customization process is very systematic and designed in such a way as to ensure that the information cannot be shared with anyone except the product designer, and it will get deleted automatically from our storage once your order will be ready for shipping. 

Yes, but only after the payment of the booking amount. 
Since you are ordering a customized product that will be designed with your shared information (Photos, Date of Birth, Name, and occasions) is not reusable for any other person. That is the only reason we are offering Cash on delivery but after the payment of the booking amount, which will get adjusted in the final amount of product. The booking amount is not the extra charges it is always part of the final amount of the product. The booking amount may be different as per the product. 

If you received the manufacturing defected and damaged product then only, we are offering for replacement. We require proof of defects with the help of images and videos. If the reason will be genuine and proven after investigation, we will replace your product at no extra cost. Any missing items in the packaging or in case of used items replacement or return will be discarded.
